Dr. Rebecca White graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in history. After trying a few different career options, she decided the best way to marry her love of horses with her job was to go to vet school. Becca graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2014 and then completed a year-long internship with an equine practice in Southern Pines, NC.
Becca is from a rural town in Maine where she grew up competing in the lower levels of eventing and dressage. She also taught riding lesson and developed a niche starting young horses under saddle for local clients. Currently, she enjoys riding the gelding she leases, “Alex”, and competing in eventing and dressage. When not in the barn, Becca enjoys hiking with her dog Phoebe; running; and rooting for The Ohio State Buckeyes football team.
Becca has a special veterinary interest in lameness and all aspects of keeping sport horses happy and comfortable in their jobs, including: chiropractic and acupuncture therapies.
